Leslie is a C-suite Brand architect. A relentless optimisation enthusiast, Leslie’s driven +20 years of outstanding achievement. At the core of this achievement is a tenacious appetite and talent for challenging status quo to reveal relevant business opportunity that is then translated into compelling and persuasive 360° BrandMarCom. Consistent, high value stakeholder relationships and business return is the result.
Leslie began her career in the advertising world, interspersed with diverse client-side experience, progressing quickly into senior management leadership roles. Her industry experience is diverse and international -- from blue-chip software to telcos, healthcare to entertainment and consumer goods to retail to small business.
In 2002, Leslie transformed her experience into an end-to-end BrandMarCom optimization system. Leveraged in her role as the Co-Planning Director of MarCom with McCann Canada, it established a winning platform for growth for both client and consultancy. Subsequently, she opened Brand Acumen, successfully guiding clients to realise the power of brand by embedding it at the core of business to drive top and bottom line business growth.
