Exhibits-International re-Launches as KUBIK Inc.

Toronto, Amsterdam, November 8, 2005 – Exhibits-International, long known in both North America and Europe as a leader in the design, construction and installation of exhibits, announced today that it has changed its name to Kubik Inc.

“When we started out over 20 years ago, the focus was on building exhibits,” says Sam Kohn, President and founding partner. “As we’ve grown into an international company, we have developed an expertise in creating events and building experiences for some of the worlds’ most recognizable brands and some of the world’s most renowned museums and galleries.”

The company’s new brand strategy and name were formulated by Toronto-based Chemistry, a brand management company active in both Canadian and European markets.

Founders Sam and Elliot Kohn and their team have built captivating exhibits, environments and events around the world for such leading brands as Nike, Philips Electronics, Nissan, ING Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, HBO, Cole Haan and Amstel Breweries.  The company has also built galleries such as the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, the Bata Shoe Museum, and the Montreal Holocaust Memorial Centre. Kubik is currently engaged in building eighteen galleries in Toronto’s new Royal Ontario Museum, designed by architect Daniel Libeskind and the Newseum in Washington D.C.
